Long-range twin-aisle — 777-200ER, -300ER, 777F
The Boeing 777 is the highest-capacity twin-aisle in service, powered by Trent 800, GE90, or PW4090. With over 1,700 aircraft delivered and 777X (powered by GE9X) entering service, 777 MRO tooling demand is sustained across passenger and freighter operations. 145GSE supplies 777-family engine handling, fan blade racks, IPC support, and main landing gear handling rigs sized for the wide-body envelope.

777 engines are among the largest in commercial service — GE90 fan diameter is 3.25 m. Engine transport stands and dollies must be sized for the increased physical envelope and engine weight. Our 777-class transport stands are built on a custom-engineered structural base with 14-week typical lead time.
GE90 fan blades are composite (carbon fiber); Trent 800 fan blades are titanium. Both require dedicated transport racks with tip protection, foam-isolated cradles, and individual serial tracking. Our 777 fan-blade racks support both blade types with insert-swap configurability.
